TRENKWALDER moves into Balance Building

The international personnel service group has chosen CPI Hungary’s office complex in Váci út as the new location of their Budapest headquarters.

Under the new transaction, TRENKWALDER Group’s local team will be able to take over its more than 1000-square-meter new office in the tower building of Balance Office Park in the summer of 2021.

Under the long-term agreement an office unit including complex locations, with a front and back-office extended with new functions, modern presentation office and meeting rooms will be handed over to employees and customers of the leading HR service provider.

In connection with the signing of the transaction, Balázs G. Nagy, the Hungarian managing director of TRENKWALDER, said the following:

Our main goal during the selection process was to be able to provide a modern, high-quality, new office for our clients and colleagues, both in function and appearance. We were looking for an office location where according to needs arising from our several decades-long developments the most up to date technologies and methods can be used. We plan to create a 21st-century work environment that is unique even within our industry. To meet our unique needs we were looking for a flexible, proactive and financially strong real estate partner."

On behalf of CPI Hungary, András Bodahelyi, senior leasing manager, explained:

“We closed a long and exciting negotiation period in an extremely complicated market situation, we consider it a major success to provide a new home in Balance Building to a significant international company. We believe that we can be a strong and supportive partner of Trenkwalder in the long run.”

During the transaction, the agreement between the Parties was assisted by the Property Support Agency.
