Full house in Balance Hall, 4000 m2 new lease in CPI Hungary’s office building

CPI Hungary continues its first quarterly performance despite the pandemic-ravaged office market. Last month, two new tenants signed at the Váci Road office building, running out of space on the office floors of the project, which was completed a year and a half ago.

For the available areas of Balance Hall, CPI has signed a long-term contract with an international general contracting group, the new 1 500 m2 domestic office centre of the construction company will be completed in the summer on the 3rd floor of the 16 000 m2 office building.

Another major office rental transaction was also closed in Balance Hall, whereby the Hungarian headquarters of an American process automation software services group will move to the entire 2nd floor of the office building, the new tenant taking occupation of its customized leased property in the second half of 2021.

“Over the past 6 months, the Balance project team has been working hard to achieve full office occupancy despite the circumstances. We are pleased that two international companies with strong backgrounds have chosen us and have placed their long-term trust in the CPI team”, said Balázs Simonyi, the CPI's Leasing Director, in connection with the closed transactions.

In both transactions, the agreement between the parties was assisted by the real estate advisor, Knight Frank Hungary.
