“This acquisition is a small but important example of CPIPG’s commitment to increasing our exposure to high-quality offices, which already represent the largest segment of our portfolio,” said Tomas Salajka, head of acquisitions and asset management for CPIPG. “The Group has nearly completed our acquisition pipeline in Warsaw, which will deliver solid rental income going forward.” Located in the center of Warsaw, Moniuszki 1A offers 10,000 square metres across 18 floors, and was fully refurbished in 2015. Moniuszki 1A is located near Świętokrzyska metro station and offers direct access to two metro lines as well as several tram and bus stops. Notable tenants include the Polish Ministry of Finance and the Copernicus Centre of Science. The property was acquired from Catalyst Capital.
