CPI Hungary’s next office development project “New Age” receives prestigious accolade

For the tenth time, the Portfolio Property Awards were awarded at the Property Investment Forum organized by Portfolio. Voted by real estate professionals attending the conference, the “Concept of the Year” award went to CPI Hungary for its latest office project.

Designed to be built on the Pest side of Árpád Bridge, the New Age office building will be an iconic building of the area. Breaking free from the constraints of construction lines – thinking out of the box of lines of buildings –, the new building will be statuesque and interesting from all directions.

The interlaced concept of the New Age is based on the effect that the accentuated lines of force created during the developments made in the past years have on the environment. Offering a visual spectacle from all directions, the new office building will be erected along these lines of force, in the centroid of the area.

Being mindful of environmental sustainability while providing amenities, CPI will embark on the project of developing the building with a total rentable office space of 17,000 square meters in 2020. In line with its already introduced environmentally-conscious building concept, the company will employ the most cutting-edge, sustainable technologies.

The building, which is based on innovative solutions, was designed by the internationally renowned Vikár and Lukács Architects Studio, a winner of the FIABCI Hungary Prix d’Excellence Awards.
